By downloading, installing or using Life Records Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Life Records Manager is an offline-first application that allows you to manage multiple homes, appliances, warranties and maintenance records on your device. The App does not require an account or internet connection for core functionality.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your device and any PIN you set secure
- Backing up your data if you wish to preserve it (data is stored locally on your device)
- Using the App in compliance with applicable local laws
4. Data and Privacy
All data you enter in the App is stored on your device. We do not collect, store or share your personal data. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the App at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data (e.g. due to device failure or uninstall). It is your responsibility to back up your data.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
